Three or four days in the Italian Alps, planned end to end by a team that has guided groups here since 2008. You decide what your people need to take home. We handle everything else.
Tell us about your team
Our first question isn't about the hotel or the activities. It's what your team needs to take home from these days.
The programme comes after, built on that answer. A retreat without a clear purpose is the fastest way to spend the budget and come back unchanged.
You've grown fast and half the team has only met on video calls.
A plan to present, a reorganisation, a change at the top.
You work remotely and rarely get time together outside meetings.
Mornings for work, afternoons outside. People who plan offsites for a living recommend exactly this balance: half the time on goals, half together.
A sample, not a package. Every programme is built around your group: how many you are, how much time you have, how much you want to work.
Everyone at their own level, nobody forced to look like a beginner.
Almost half of employees find team-building activities embarrassing, and six in ten feel pressured to take part. So on the mountain we split groups by level, and there is always an option on foot. Everything below goes into the same quote.
Through Aosta Valley Freeride we take riders from around the world, most of them from the United States, across the Alps and around the Tour du Mont Blanc. A retreat is the same job, done for a company.
Hotel, transfers, guides, bikes, activities and dinners. No suppliers to chase: from the first email to the last dinner, you deal with us.
With e-bikes and routes picked for the group, people who haven't been on a bike in years still make it to the top. Anyone can do the same day on foot.
If it rains, the alternative is already in the programme, not improvised that morning.
We don't publish photos, names or reviews from our retreats: discretion is a choice. What you can see is the work of our two brands, in plain sight for years.
In the Alps since 2008, around Mont Blanc, in Tuscany and Liguria, with guests from all over the world.
Snowboard trips to Japan, Canada, Kosovo and the United States, for snowboarders.
Over the years we have run international launches of new bikes in the mountains for brands in the industry, and handled all kinds of groups, presentations and tailor-made days. It is work we enjoy, and we do it for the private guests who travel with us too.
"Step away from the screen, the phone and the AI. Come and build your team with people who actually live outdoors."
Group size, dates and what you want your team to take home.
A call to understand the group: fitness levels, needs, time for meetings.
Day by day, with one quote that covers everything.
No. We use e-bikes and choose routes for the group. Anyone who prefers can do the same day on foot.
From a small team to a whole company. Tell us your numbers and we size guides, bikes and hotel around them.
May to October. We recommend May and October: quiet trails and the right temperatures for riding and hiking.
Yes. We pick hotels with meeting rooms and keep the time you need for work in the programme.
It depends on group size, number of days and hotel. After the call you get one quote with every item listed.
Fly into Geneva, Milan or Turin. Aosta is under two hours by road from each, and we arrange transfers for the whole group.
The earlier the better. For a group flying in, two to three months gives us room to secure hotel and dates.
A few lines are enough. We'll get back to you to set up a call.
